Description

Sikagard 703 GroutSeal is an low viscocity emulsion, ready to use, silane / siloxane combination based, water repellent impregnation design to deeply penetrate to any hairline cracks in tiles joints / concrete.

Uses

For making tiles joints / building surfaces water repellent and protecting against water ingress.

Characteristics & Advantages

Penetrate deeply into tiles joints / building surface to provide water resistance properties
Product in aqueous phase with strong water repellent capability
Treatment is usually invisible not changing the substrate aspect
Improve resistant to dirt pick up and reduces fungal and algal growth
